Drink 8-10 glasses of water.
Avoid sugary foods, processed foods.
Acidity may b due ton you food habits, food patterns, may be too spicy and hot, eating very faster, may b less water, or may be acidic nature of body, 1st try to find out causes than consult with dietician in detail, base on your clinical history they will help you.

Try to avoid any kind of sour foods like lemon,tomatoes etc,deep fried foods,and most important avoid water before and after 1/2 hour during having meals(it would be of great help).
