Best diet plan for me
I am from Tamilnadu. I am male, 50 years. I am taking medicines for hypertension, hypothyroidism, cholesterol & peripheral nuropathy. Moreover I have stomach issues and taking pantocid DSR regularly. My height is 5.7 & weight is 80kg.
Please suggest me diet plan...thank you

Need more information about you so contact me for customised diet plan through practo ,due to Hypothyroid you have to avoid some vegetables like broccoli ,cabbage, cauliflower, beetroot, and due to cholesterol avoid oily and fried food ,fast food ,preservative food, and add good fat in your diet .
