I have been suffering with grave hyperthyroid and atrial fibrillation for almost 3 years. It is in control with allopathy medicine (neo marcazole)
Kindly advise diet plan to reverse it so i can stop medicines.

For Grave disease, Base your meals on fresh fruits , then add a little lean protein ( chicken, turkey, fish and seafood, beans, legumes nuts and even soy) whole grains, and heart healthy fats (eg: olive oil) . Eating or limiting certain foods alone won’t completely treat symptoms of grave disease.
If you have hyperthyroidism, have a much higher chance of getting AFib.

1. Increase intake of antioxidants
2. Increase amount of calcium in diet
3. Protein is important for strength and muscle mass restoration when have grave disease, choose protein with low fat content eg: fish, salmon, chicken without skin, eggs, turkeys, mushrooms, beans.
4. Avoid surgery, refined and solid fats those have less nutritional value, .
5. Avoid caffeine such as tea, coffee, chocolate and soft drink.
Caffeine could aggravate symptoms like anxiety and rapid heart rate
