Hi, Definitely there are natural remedies for hyperthyroidism which are having only good effects not the bad side effects. But for that you have to contact me personally through Practo for talking in details. We will guide you for the foods to be avoided and food to be eaten after knowing everything about you and your medical issues. In general Consuming a low-iodine diet is essential for managing thyroid hormones. High-iodine food choices to avoid include: Iodized salt. Milk or dairy products — including butter, cheese, ice cream, milk chocolate, and yogurt. But for right advice I should know what and how much medicine are you taking? Thanks

Hi, Thyroid disorders are caused because of faulty lifestyle and stress. Hyperthyroidism leads to an increase in the metabolism leading to weight loss. Cheese is very high on sodium and so its better to have it sparingly like twice a week about 1 slice is fine.
