Due to acidity avoid junk food and oily food, package food,avoid gas related vegetables like cabbage, cauliflower, sprouts, radish etc full day add lukewarm water in ur diet. Take balanced diet, regular meal time should be set, sufficient time to eat in relaxed atmosphere, proper chewing, avoid emotional stress.

Hello user this is a issue of concern since when are you facing this problem ... First and foremost include water in your daily routine if you are drinking less water and for instant relief best remedy is drink a small cup of chilled milk but should be plain don't add anything ... Avoid just go for sleep after having dinner. Take frequent meals after 2 hour gap . Use smooth pillows , don’t wear tight fitting clothes. Avoid citrus fruits, fried, spices,alcohol, strong tea and coffee etc..

Avoid prolonged meal gap. Take small and frequent meal in between 2-3 hours. Drink 3-4 litres water in day. Include curd and buttermilk ( add little jeera) in your daily routine. Take 1/2 cup of jeers Luke warm water ( 1/2 tsp jeera boiled with 1 cup of water) after meal. Include 30 minutes walk and exercise in your daily routine. Avoid fruit and junk.
