Acidity is caused due to large gaps between two meals, and secretion of stomach acids during hat time. One must not have long gaps between 2 meals. If you are suffering from acidity try avoiding foods that stimulate release of excess acid in the stomach like having high protein and animal source foods in all meals. Try incorporating foods like fruits, vegetables, nuts in your mid snacks which will reduce your acidity and are also basic in nature.
