My age is 18 yrs and my height is 5 feet 6 inches and my weight is just 42 kg, i am underweight right from my childhood days but I have realised that I need a good healthy and fit body. Pls suggest me diet or anything that will work for me to be fit.

Hi, please try to take more of proteins in the form of cottage cheese , soya , eggs n lots of dairy products too.Include nuts like almonds n walnuts in ur daily diet with fruits like banana .Try to do weight training for a fit body
