Hi, Please eat small frequent meals every 2 -3 hours. Do not keep long time gaps or skip meals. Have 1.5 to 2 tsp Sauf and Ajwain post meals. Avoid Oily and spicy foods. Drink a glass of water every hour and keep yourself well hydrated as this will reduce acidity. Sleep for 7-8 hours.
