I am on diet for the last 6 months.i have lost around 15 kg weight.now my weight is around 60kg.but my skin becomes dull ..I am taking fruits and vegetables..now I have to maintain my weight and want some glow on face.please make a diet chart according to this requirement.

Sure will help you. You need to be on maintanence diet. Increase fiber intake add nuts and oil seeds in diet to add for Vit E in the diet. Include Citrus fruits and bell pepper to add for vit C.
