Hello user as the capsule mentioned by you ... As per my personal beliefs as a nutritionist I would not suggest anyone to take this as they surely have a reverse factor but anything we do by bringing changes in our lifestyle and motivated towards it has a long lasting results and gives good health ... These things are nothing new to us but it's a summed up reminder.... @Pre meal ::::: 1*Have some raw vegetables approx 60:70 mins before the main meal.... 2*Reduces the appitite 3*Raw food has more nutritive value 4* Helps in digestion 5*Have water 30-40 mins before meal.( fruit or ginger infused water is recommended) 6.*  Prayer is a must  before meal which we all forget... @@During Meal 1* I remember when we were young we all use to sit on the floor and eat😊😊😊☺☺ it was great fun and along side it digested our food so welll... So lets make it a practice to eat at least 1 or 2 meals sitting on the floor connected to Mother Earth... 2*  Very important 🤔🤔 Chew  food properly 3* Enjoy your food and not your mobile @@After meal 1* Make it a practice to move around after meals it's helpful... 2* Sugar cravings... It's really hard to manage allow yourself to have some fennel seeds, jaggery, 2-3 Mishri, Elaichi... 3. Do drink water after 30-40 minutes may be plain or infused with Ajwain helps in any discomfort.. Acidity.. Bloating Take care.....Be mindful... Check water intake...

Don't use short cut way for reducing weight follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening which increase ur metabolism. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet. Add plenty of water. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Avoid junk and oily food.
