Hi Dr. Myself Rajesh. I have belly fat prescribe me a healthy diet to reduce excess belly fat. Height 5.6, weight 80 kgs. I need to become 60kgs with proper diet plan I dont like gym I prefer walking instead. Please advise. Thank you

Kindly you keep continue your walk but make sure  about an hour .you need to follow a low calorie with good nutrion.

For reducing weight follow three main things like healthy diet exercise and walk early morning and evening.take high fibre food in ur diet.add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet.add planty of water.avoid oily and fried food .
