What diet should i follow after embryo transfer in summers?can i have nariyal paani and soyabean nutrella and toor daal for high protein.Doctor asked me to avoid food that provide body heat.or have heating effect on body.

  In modern  science  , there is no concept of food that has cold or hot effect on body. It is concept of Ayurveda.  Curd is best in summer.  That is our traditional  practice. You can include all vegetable proteins as well.
