For addressing vitamin D deficiency, include foods rich in vitamin D like fatty fish (salmon, mackerel), egg yolks, fortified dairy products, and fortified cereals. Also, spending time in sunlight helps. For vitamin B12, focus on animal products like meat, fish, eggs, and dairy or fortified foods. To manage high LDL cholesterol, emphasize a diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats like olive oil and avocados. Limit saturated and trans fats, processed foods, and sugary beverages. Regular exercise and maintaining a healthy weight also support cholesterol management. Additionally, if you want personalised diet plan, then you can connect directly with me, and I can help you design a diet plan for you
