I did blood test.. There defiency of vitamin D and is around 11.43 ng/ml...vitamin B12 373 pg/ml...and high LDL cholesterol .. So kindly suggest me diet I should follow to bring it to optimal level.

For vitamin D deficiency:
Take a sunbath daily 15-20 minutes before 10:00 am.
Add in diet semi- cooked egg with yolk, mushrooms, green leafy, oily fish such as salmon , sardines, herring and mackerel, red meat, fortified fats and cereal, cheese add supplement - calciferol or D- pura take once a week.
For vitamin B12:
Add in diet lean meat, organs meat, egg , fish, chicken, pulses, sprouts, nuts, fermented items curd and buttermilk add and also idli, dosa add in diet .
If low vitamin B 12 cause hair fall and weakness.
For high LDL: yea fats include in diet and avoid processed foods, junk food
Physical activity regularly.
