U eat plenty of vegetables,fruits ,greengram sprouts everyday. Milk milkproducts,ghee,curds,buttermilk are all good nutritious food to be used everyday to keep the body fit and healthy. Walk exercise yoga everyday one hour . Avoid bakeryfoods,fastfoods,spicy oily foods,nonveg.

You do not need to take anything artificial, just focus on maintaining a good daily routine in this lockdown. Take 3 litres of water daily, eat fresh fruits and raw vegetables with meals. Avoid taking outside food and start walking for 30 minutes in your house/terrace/street. Lockdown should not be a reason to give up on good health, specially at such a young age.
