Our body does not need berrylium, Infact inhaling it or contacting it can cause risk to your health. It can even cause lung cancer.
Cobalt is present in nuts and seeds, legumes, green leafy vegetables, oats and whole cereals and fish.
Molybdenum is present in lobia, rajma, nuts and seeds, banana, potatoes, eggs and chicken.
