I am from South India (Andhra Pradesh) staying in Delhi for my coaching basically I am not getting nutrition food so I am frequently falling ill can u suggest any method to stay healthy and getting nutrition food

Since you are staying alone so may be you are dependent on outside food and not been able to follow balance diet. But there is no alternate to good diet, what you can do easily is add lots of fruits in your daily diet plan, keep some healthy snacks, dry fruits which I believe you can manage easily
