Respected docs, Is that ok to have half food @ every meal. And sometimes why iam having bloating issues and constipation issues. Pls help. And tell me best nutrition foods. Iam a vegetarian.

HI If you find quantity reduction will decreased bloating but that is not the solution Quality and quantity both things are important. you need to focus on overall digestion improvement as it has direct impact on absorption of nutrients
