Need diet and nutrition suggestion
My height is 5'3 and weight 51kg. I do exercise but I'm unable to continue every day. I not much fan of junk food and oily food. The only areas my fats are growing is belly and love handles. Please suggest what changes I should do in my diet to control.

Eat on time , chew well , stop before you feel full. Balanced meal would be fine. Need your job type to check your daily activity . Make sure you sleep on time , keep yourself active throughout the day I mean movement should be there instead of sitting for long hours. Working on strength training would help

For losing weight in a healthy and permanent way : Maintain meal gaps of not more than 3hrs. To boost up your metabolism and helps in weight loss. Include barley tea and dandelion tea in your diet. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables in your diet. Walk at least 10-12k steps in a day. Drink 3-4lts of water per day.
