Don't use short cut way for reducing weight. For reducing weight follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add plenty of water. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet. Avoid junk and oily food.

Hi I never recommend keto diet for weight loss. Keto diet have harmful effects on your body . Try to lose weight in a healthy manner not at the cost of your health. For a while you can follow following wait loss tips which may help you to some extent but for proper result you need to follow up personalized plan 1) Drink Good amount of water. As drinking less water can lead to water retention which is one of the reason of weight gain. 2) Include fiber in your diet. For that you can eat lots of fruits and vegetables. 3) Do minimum 40 minute activity daily.As after 30 minutes our body enter fat burning zone. 4) Eat small & frequent meals. 5) You can include Green tea post lunch and post dinner. 6) Mind the portion size of whatever u eat,Don't overeat. Avoid this fad fancy diet and very important you should aware that fast weight loss is not safe as u can get many health issues by loosing weight fast. In 1 month you should loose 3-4 kgs and you should loose weight by balance diet low calorie low fat diet which is balanced.. With this regular exercise after loosing weight also you should continue exercise
