My age is 29 ( about to complete in next month ), height is 5.2" and weight is 75 kgs. I know its more as compared to height. Belly is increasing and stamina is decreasing and I am not able to exercise also. Kindly suggest me nice diet plan so that I can reduce weight and increase stamina. I dont any other major health issue except sometime acidity problem.
