Regarding Keto Diet.
Mam/sir ,I was about 115kg and now 97 kg.Lost 18 kg in 3 months..Must now my weight is stuck 97kg ..Am doing 40minutes walking + 30minutes compound excersice a day and also followed intermittent fasting of 18:6 hour windows and had 2 chappathi without oil as lunch with chutney and 4 boiled egg whites and dinner same but no egg whites and evening a cup coffe with milk and half tspn sugar..No weight reducing after 18kg. So i have a plan to go for KETO DIET. I did googleed that and learnt something and having a idea to follow it..So can i go for keto?And any health problems regarding keto? And what should i consider to eat in keto and how much calories should i intake and what should i do to reduce 15 more kgs.Kindly suggest me something so that i can loose 15kg more..Thank.

Weight is to be stuck in particular weight that time follow special diet for three days. I have  special diet one time u will reduce stuck weight than u will get good result

Hi, Keto diet definitely helps in reduce weight, but effect of that must be considered before opting for it. As gaining weight is gradual process, likewise reduction of weight is also same, there is no shortcut. By following any diet, one can reduce weight but how much it will be effective that one must know.  Often it is found that, weight is reduced quickly but at the same time again it increases at the same rate and this fluctuation of weight will hamper function of vital organ of the body. That's why, one should follow  balanced diet which will reduce weight but at the same time maintain all other biological activities in proper way. Your ideal body weight should be 70 kg, and to achieve this you should follow a healthy weight reduction diet but which is nutritious.
