For gaining weight follow healthy diet and little walk morning and evening which increase ur metabolism. Don't skip ur breakfast which increase ur appetite. Take high calorie and rich protein In ur diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Add good fat and nuts in ur diet. Avoid junk food and oily food.
