For healthy skin have anti inflammatory foods like various coloured fruits and vegetables, nuts like almonds , walnuts and seeds like flax and pumpkin. Apart from these foods, stay well hydrated
Good quality undisturbed sleep of 7-8 hours is good for overall health and healthy skin
High fiber food which in vitamin C is good for skin. Homemade curd is also a good option for maintaining your gut health.
Sleep of 6 to 8 hours of sleep in a day is recommended
For better Skin you can have a lots of citrus fruits like oranges, lemon, kiwi etc. Have lots of fibers and antioxidants. Vitamin E is also excellent for skin. Have a minimum of 3-4 litres of water. Avoid junk food totally. In dry fruits Anjeer, black raisins are excellent source of antioxidants and glowing skin.
