Hi dear treatment of H pylori destroys good bacteria of our gut and our digestive system becomes more weak post H pylori treatment . The dietary therapy should include low fibre , gluten free, lactose free diet . We have to include curd, yogurt and Kafir for balancing lactobacillus content of gut . Refined sugars and fried foods should be completely avoided in initial phase of diet therapy . Almonds and cashew should be avoided for their acidic nature
