Diet/Nutrition suggestion
Hello Doctor, My mother has been running low on sugar(101) and haemoglobin(11.3) for 2 months now, please suggest/share some high nutrition diet so that she can maintain her sugar & haemoglobin level. And please suggest vegetarian diet as she is a pure vegan.

try eating several small meals instead of three large ones whenever she can... avoid junk foods,carbohydrates like rice etc,avoid oily foods...add proteins and fibre rich foods to your diet with green tea,green leafy vegetables, fruits...do regular exercise at least 2 hours a day...Add Low Glycemic Organic Fruits: including apples, apricots, avocados, berries, cherries, grapefruit, lemons, oranges, peaches, pears, plums..Most Organic Vegetables: including anise, artichoke, asparagus, beets, bok choy, broccoli, cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, celery, chives, cucumbers, garlic, kale, kohlrabi, leeks, lettuce, mustard greens, onions, parsley, radishes, rhubarb, shallots, spinach, squash, sweet potatoes, water chestnuts, watercress, yams, zucchini...Consult dietitian once for proper diet chart.
