Hi - U v to make very well planned high protien, balanced carbohydrate ,but reasonable cooking oil as fats in this. u can go for personal chat for more elaborately.

Hi Avoid oily and cholesterol rich foods..... Have regular and small frequent meals.... Have protein rich food and reduce rice in your diet...
