Add fibres to every meal, plus enough protein. Stay hydrated, add rock salt to lukewarm water in the morning first thing , Manage stress as it is linked to constipation and sleep well , as per your needs!

Next Steps
1. *Stay Hydrated*: Drink plenty of water to help soften stool and promote regular bowel movements. 2. *High-Fiber Diet*: Include fiber-rich foods like fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and legumes to support healthy digestion. 3. *Regular Exercise*: Physical activity can help stimulate bowel movements and improve overall digestive health. 4. *Establish a Bowel Routine*: Try to go to the bathroom at the same time each day to help regulate your bowel movements. 5. *Listen to Your Body*: Respond to the urge to have a bowel movement, as delaying can lead to constipation. 6. *Healthy Gut Bacteria*: Consider incorporating probiotics (found in foods like yogurt or supplements) to support a balanced gut microbiome. 7. *Limit Processed Foods*: Reduce intake of foods high in sugar, fat, and artificial additives, which can disrupt bowel health. 8. *Manage Stress*: Stress can impact bowel habits; consider stress-reducing techniques like meditation or deep breathing. These habits can help promote regular bowel movements and overall digestive health.

Your symptoms of alternating constipation and loose stools, along with increased bowel sounds, could suggest Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) or post-infectious bowel dysfunction. Incomplete relief with antibiotics and probiotics indicates a need for further evaluation. Stress, diet, or food intolerances may be contributing.
Next Steps
Consider seeing a gastroenterologist. Tests like stool analysis, CBC, thyroid profile, and possibly colonoscopy may be advised to rule out infection, inflammation, or other causes.
Health Tips
Avoid spicy, oily food and lactose for a few days. Stay hydrated, manage stress, and maintain a food and symptom diary.
