Highly disappointed with myself for the wrong decisions.. Too much stress and depression.. When alone i cry a lot and think of commiting suicide..have tried doing the same once.. But i do not want to die..

Hello sir, I n understand the distress you are through. Hopelessness, low mood, negative thoughts, etc are some core features of depression. Stress is an important risk factor for it. With suitable medications and instructions it can be completely cured. The management would consist of medications and therapies to strengthen coping strategies to stress.

Loss of interest, decreased concentration and attention, feeling low and disturbed sleep or appetite are some of the signs of depression. Consult a psychiatrist who will assess you in detail. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless, seek professional help immediately.
