Hello practo user I can understand the difficult situation that you are currently facing in your life . Stress can be a significant influencer on your overall mental and physical health . It seems that you are a sensitive person and are unable to express your emotions in a health manner. Try and talk to your close and trusted family member or friend and spend some quality time with them engaging in various activities . Try and join some hobby class where you will be involved and all can find some relief for the stress you are going through . Regular exercise , deep breathing and meditation can all prove to be beneficial in having a positive impact. It is advisable that you seek help from a clinical psychologist for a further evaluation of your case and formulation of a personalized treatment plan through which you can learn positive and healthy coping strategies and skills . You can also reach out to me through the practo app for any further help or guidance.

Your symptoms suggest you seem to be suffering from minor or major depression . It is better you consult a doctor in person who can evaluate and prescribe.
