Depressed and anxiety
I'm depressed from 4 years, I'm a student and i can't focus on studies, i cry at nights or sometimes in morning too, i can't share my problem with family because they don't understand me, i don't have much friends either and in my university i remain alone and silent, my grades are degrading. I get sad when the teacher scolds me or beats me in front of everyone.

Hi, I am sorry you are feeling this way. I am sure this is tough for you. We will have to creat a safe space for you to release the emotions you are feeling. Once the emotions are released you will start feeling better. You will also need a therapist to hold and anchor you while you are processing this. As much as I can see that you are already crying, I can sense that this might be making you feel very lonely and that can be a heart breaking experience as we all have the need to be seen, felt, understood and heard while we are feeling things deeply, hence the support of the therapist comes in who will hold you gently and in a non judgmental way. The grades are degrading because there is already too much on your mind that you are processing and hence no space for the mind to hold for studies etc. you will make friends once you feel emotionally lighter as right now is the time you need yourself the most. Be with you and the others will come in their own time. Find support from a therapist. None of us deserve to go through our ordeals alone. You’re beautiful as you are, even in your weak moments. Stay ⭐️

1.Use Deep Breathing Deep breathing is another effective way to relieve stress and anxiety. It helps you with physical symptoms such as shallow breathing and rapid heart rate, and it also helps with controlling your thoughts. When you practice deep breathing, you're forced to take your thoughts off of whatever is causing you anxiety and to focus on the breathing technique that you are using. 2.Keep A Journal Journaling can be an effective way to deal with your anxiety and to find relief. It helps you to take all of the things that are rolling around in your head and get them out of your head and down on paper. Sometimes seeing the things that we're worried about on paper can help us to see that they're not as big of a deal as we thought they were. It can also help us to find solutions that we have been overlooking. 3.Hang Out With Friends If you're struggling with anxiety, sometimes the last thing that you want to do is go hang out with your friends. Even if it's an activity that you enjoy with people that you like, the thought of it can be stressful. Your brain already feels overwhelmed with things that you feel you need to figure out, and it can seem like a bad use of time to do something fun. 4. Exercise, Find What Works For You : You might be tired of hearing about how great exercise is for your health. But, the reason you hear about it so much is that there's no way around it. Exercise it's good for both your physical body and for your mind.Getting regular exercise has been proven to help you sleep better at night, clear your head, and boost your mood. It's a great way to use up all that pent-up energy that you have in a way that's going to benefit you in multiple areas of your life.

You are keeping a lot of things bottled up in your mind. Since you don't have many friends nor do you share your problems with your family that is why you feel upset and cry at night. You need to vent out your problems and address them. Consult a therapist to vent out your problems and to address them. Meanwhile you can start writing about your problems in a dairy and start with some activities or hobbies which can make you feel relaxed at the end of the day. Try including some meditation in your day to day life. You can start with guided meditation to increase your focus.
