Daily protein requirement
I am a vegetarian and I take boiled eggs once in a while. My current weight is 53kgs and on an average I intake 20-25 grams of protein daily which is insufficient. Should I take whey protein?

What's your height? 20-25gms of protein is insufficient. You need proper protein intake according to ur ideal body weight. Contact me through practo direct consultation.
