It would b great if u can describe Ur symptoms in detail. Try using ice pack at the painful body part at least 3 times a day. If u feel u r doing excessive household chores during lockdown period...do remember to share the workload with all house members. Ur pain maybe stress related issue...once u r done with Ur whole day of work..n relax at the end of the day...then Ur body produces symptoms... It could be poor posture. Or all of the above... For treatment icing, sharing the work, relaxation, deep breathing exercises, and wn pain has reduced start with some neck n shoulder strengthening n stretching exercises

Check your sleeping pattern you have habit of sleeping on your arm then avoid it. Take pillow under your arm it will give support and will not cause pain.do not take big pillow take medium firm pillow for sleep. If you are having more pain then use hot bag or you can use ice packs on your painful area.then do some normal exercise then go to sleep with pillow under your arm.

Hello, May be it's because of one of your nerve compression in the arm due to prolong sleeping in a same Position it's also called"Saturday night palsy".. Or may be any nerve root compression or artery compression in foramen...But can't say exactly because you are saying in broad term... 1.) What is the type of pain it is.. Numbness/Tingling/burning? 2.) Till how much time it will be there after you wake up? 3.) Is there any headache or neack pain?
Next Steps
Please take cautious on sleeping patterns.. Try to wake up in between and change the position of lying.. Use soft pillow.. Neck should be straight in side lying.. Do some Normal shoulder and elbow repeated movement immediately you wake up in the morning for atleast 10-15 reps.. Use smiley ball for hand pumping which helps in blood circulation.. Do slow neck rotations in the morning..
