Varicose vein in arm
What exercise should I do for my varicose vein in arm, it causes pain and discomfort, although i am consuming medicines but I don't know what to exercise, please guide me , I am attaching the reports.

Hey there! Please do free body movement exercises morning and evening. Swimming is a good option. You should keep in mind not to do excessive training or do heavy exercises.

You need to consult with physiotherapist in person for proper exercises and precautions to be taken will be suggested if you consult in person. As you have demylination motor neuropathy, it should be  treated under proper guidance, only exercises are not enough for this.

kindly don't wear tight t-shirt wear loos t-shirt apply vit-k cream in the arm do some stretch exercises and simple walking with arm swinging
