I have visible veins in my calf of left leg and my legs hurts. I was not active but I am active now is this cause of concern an image is attached. I have no family history of any sort of illness

It's just initial phase.consult physiotherapist do ankle toe movement,in night before sleep keep 2 pillows under ur feet and do ankle toe movement for 5 to 10 min.u will feel releif from leg pain.
