Muscle sprain and popping in left arm
A week ago while working out, i pulled a muscle in my left arm .. And now i feel occasional pain while lifting weights with this arm .. There is also frequent popping in this arm near theelbow area which also causes pain .. Pls suggest

Yes ,contrast bath is very effective .you can use both hand for lifting heavy weight.you can use elbow strap for support

Contrast bath- Fill two buckets/ tubs with Very Hot Water and Very Cold water. Immerse your arm into the water for 3 minutes and then switch to cold water for 1minute. Repeat this 3 times once a day.
