Just two days back I was doing the arms excercise after a gap of 3 years. It was fine that day with little bit pain in both arms .After two days the pain in right arm subsided but my left arm pain is more. The pain is in between the bicep and arm joining muscle.
Please suggest whether I should go for physiotherapy consultation or bone and joint related consultation
