Severe pain in my arm
Just two days back I was doing the arms excercise after a gap of 3 years. It was fine that day with little bit pain in both arms .After two days the pain in right arm subsided but my left arm pain is more. The pain is in between the bicep and arm joining muscle. Please suggest whether I should go for physiotherapy consultation or bone and joint related consultation

Hi, since your did work out after 3 years soreness is common if the muscle is not stretched properly and joint mobility is not performed and if your pain is not settling down even after 3 days its better to get a physiotherapy intervention done to avoid any future injury when you continue working out and right physiotherapy will also help in enhancing your performance.
Next Steps
Get a consultation done for evaluation and to prevent further injury.
Health Tips
Avoid side sleeping on the affected shoulder, carrying weight more than 2kg
