Constipation
I am suffering from constipation since 2 days.. Today is the third day i havent pooped. I took isabgol after meal last night and also 10ml of duphalac syrup. Felt pressure today yet not pooped. How much more doses of duphalac should i take??

Actually constipation is related to lifestyle modifications to a large extent. A sedentary lifestyle and junk food are major culprits . Since you have not had motion for two days you may either use a glycerine suppository or go to a nearby hospital for an enema. After the bowel is cleared once then you can use Duphalac or Dulcoflex or Isabgol or पेट सफा or कायम चूर्ण or whatever .

You can first try abdominal massage and walking to see if that helps. If not,Might be better to use a dulcolax suppository or enema at a hospital
