We need to make sure that the fat intake in our diet in low with more emphasis on the insoluble fats in the diet as compared to the visible fat sources. We need to make sure that the carbohydrates we consume is in the complex form and not refined, it helps in reducing the conversion of carbs into fats and also provides fiber in the diet. we need to make sure that the protein intake is from low fat sources, like low fat milk, curd, paneer, lean cuts of meat. A very important thing that we forget to include in pour schedule is physical activity. At last 45 minutes of some kind of workout is a must, it can be any form of activity, either brisk walk, some kind of sport, like badminton, tennis, swimming, etc. These things along with the medications you are on will help you reduce weight.
