Taking any food along with tea is not advisable as it reduces the nutrients absorption. Better to take any food after 30 minutes of having tea or coffee. Please ask me directly for personalized diet plan for you.

Biscuits are definitely not recommend for their ingredient present, sugar content and also for the amount of processing that takes places. Fresh food with lower shelf life are always better and easy to digest. Other healthier snacks can be opted with tea.

Hi! There is no Ayurveda involved in this. Biscuits with tea is a favourite combination, and can be taken together - there is no issue. If you’re eating high protein biscuits , iron enriched biscuits or anything else which is a healthy snack- only then avoid taking with tea as it disturbs digestion. Marie biscuits, Parle g, digestive biscuits or any other common Maida based bakery biscuits have very less nutritional value- they are NOT healthy, so it doesn’t cause any problem If taken with or without tea.

Eating biscuits sometimes may not be a problem. If the biscuits are made of refined flour, it will.not make a difference if you eat with tea or not as the nutrient absorption is very low in either case. If the biscuits are made of whole grains like ragi, wheat or.multigrain, it is advisable to eat 30-45 mins after tea consumption. This leads to better absorption of the nutrients and avoids acidity too.

To start with any processed food should be avoided. Biscuits on everyday basis is unhealthy. Eating any food and having tea or coffee immediately will lead to malabsorption of nutrients.Hence a gap of 30 mins between food and beverages is advisable.
