For losing weight in a healthy and permanent way : 1. Maintain meal gaps: maintain meal gaps of not more than 3 hours is very important. It boosts up the metabolism and helps in weight loss. 2. Include dandelion tea in your diet, consume it 2-3 times. You can buy it online easily. 3. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables in your diet in the form of smoothies and soups. 4. Walk atleast 10k steps a day. 5. Drink infused water: chop your fav fruits and herbs in water and enjoy.

Hi Shipra, We are going through difficult situation. But this will  also pass soon and we all will definately come out of it as winner. So stay positive and never loose hope ; whatever the situation it may be. 1. Cut down time on social media/ TV news etc, one of the reason that could trigger stress. 2. Regular Exercise will help to secrete "Happy Hormones " and will reduce the stress.eg  dance, aerobics, sooryanamaskar, strength training exercises that one can do at Home. 3. We need to involve ourself in the things that we really love to do - like some art like zentangle, drawing , painting, gardening etc. That involves our mind as well ... and is a sort of meditation. This will help  reduce the frequency of munching inbetween . 4. Good quality sleep 7hr a day is must. Hope this will help you.
Next Steps
Diet related 1Make sure diet is well balanced and preferably home cooked.( Include  salads and a source of protein  with every meal) 2. No junk / highly processed packet foods, fried food. 3. Include more seasonal fruits  and vegetables , buttermilk  etc to munch in between. 4. Cut down on sugar, juices, sweets etc.
Health Tips
Do not hesitate to take professional help , if necessary.
