I feel like i eat too much not out of hunger per say...but just can't stop eating sweet sugary things... it's ruining me... i eat even when not hungry... is it some eating disorder?

If u want to munch always switch to fruits which contains natural sugar.
Don't buy sweets best n easy .
Try to control it n u Wil b fine in 3 to 4 days
