Do not consume everyday. It is very high in carbohydrates so once in a while is fine.

Sabudana is low in protein, iron and has a high amount of carbs so, it has low nutritional value. Eating Sabudana for a long time may cause nutritional deficiencies. The high glycemic index of Sabudana might also affect diabetic patients by rapidly increasing blood glucose level. So you can't eat Sabudana daily.

Well Sabudana or Sago is a type of starch extracted from core tropical plant stems with minimal protein, vitamins & minerals . Though being a poor source of starch Sabudana is a good replacement for people with celiac disease or others who follow a grain-free diet also being a good source of resistant starch it feeds our healthy gut bacteria hence lowers blood glucose levels, reduces appetite & improves digestion only if included with other nourishing sources of protein, vitamins & minerals .
Next Steps
Hence kindly consult a Reputed Nutritionist to help you balance your 2 bowls of Sabudana with other components so it can impact your health in a better way henceforth . Also as your basic biometrics are missing out it’s hard to let you know even if you need these 2 bowls or not as per your health need/requirement
Health Tips
Avoid having 2 bowls that makes it 400gm & reduce the quantity along with a few more nourishing foods to keep you healthy
