Also take your iron and folic acid tablets as prescribed by your obstetrician. If your feeling very tired then you can get your haemoglobin checked, as to commonly deficient among Indian women. But it is best to consult a obstetrician and dietician personally so that they can examine you and provide you with a chart regarding diet.
