How can we consume daily foods. Like when to eat egss, milk, meal. can we eat eggs and milk together. What combination of foods should be avoided??

Eating a well planned meal at the correct time is very important to achieve a good nutritional status. Though sometimes some suggestions by Ayurveda have no mention in allopathic science and nutrition for eg combination of milk and egg. As both are good source of protein it is best to avoid eating them together .
