Accordind to me it is not better to mix these herbs because they have different  actions and serve different purposes Better to take ashwagandha twice daily with  milk Can take triphala according to requirement, can take it bed time with Luke warm water or twice daily according  to requirement Cinnamon powder can be taken with honey  or if you take tea ,can add to tea leaves or even used as garnishing  also

It's good only. But I suggest, to take thriphala in the morning as it's a good appetizer& increases the bio absorption of food . Take in  empty stomach. Aswagandha , better take at night, bed time.
Health Tips
Mix thriphala with honey and ghee if it's pure form is available. Otherwise mix thriphala with warm water. Make sure quantity of honey and ghee are not equal
