Try and practice deep breathing and meditation on a regular basis which will help you with your thoughts and negative thinking. For your anger and irritation try and go for regular exercise and maintain a healthy lifestyle . Do backward counting from (100-1) , try and move out from the situation if possible , try and talk to your close friends and family members and spend quality time with them engaging in various pleasurable activities .
