CALCIUM SUPPLEMENTS
My serum calcium in kidney function test is normal but I am having abdominal muscle twitching since 5 days and doctor said that is might due to calcium deficiency and advised shelcal 500 mg one tablet per day Can I take that ?

Yes.you may take calcium.however please also maintain hydration and electrolyte balance in case you are spwnding too much time outdoors
