Calcium oxalate crystals can be in urine due to many causes like dehydration,  excess salt intake,Urinary tract infection,  spinach, chocolate,  nuts, low Calcium diet, kidney diseases,  some meds like amoxycillin. Drink more water, avoid excess salt, sugary food, excess protein food like meat, fish, eggs. If you have any symptoms please share online for complete treatment.
