First of all you must share a pic of your complaint, but if we review your history then I must advise you to stop the tobacco chewing habbit, then further I'll advise you to visit a dental clinic or hospital.......
Further you need to assess your opening of mouth which is important especially in tobacco chewers for a proper diagnosis, because sometimes the swelling might be super imposed with OSMF,

After visiting to a dental hospital or to a dental surgeon they might advise a biopsy which might be aiding in diagnosis, so must visit as soon as possible to a dental hospital or nearest dental surgeon for early intervention
