Yes, it is  helpful for reducing wt but only this will not helpful for ur target. For reducing weight follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Add plenty of water. Small and frequent and frequent and frequent feeding should be included in your diet.

hello, there is no magic food or drink to reduce fat. but drinking hot water helps in increasing your capacity to reduce fat but not in much ratio. u need to follow regular exercise and eat healthy food for reducing body fat and include more protein. and drinking hot water early morning at least 300- 400ml helps.

Hi The hot water may raise your metabolism and help you in loosing weight but I wanna mention drinking only hot water will not help in losing weight ...it may accelerate the weight loss journey. For weight los you need to consume limited calories with a healthy balanced plan. Hello. Its good to take in the morning warm water. Not hot water. And only water will not help you to loose belly fat overall you need to take balance diet and regular exercise for 30-45 min then only you will loose fat. Avoid junk food,fried food,sweets, sugar etc. T
